Unless a quotation or supply agreement states otherwise, standard hardware carries a 12-month limited warranty against confirmed manufacturing defects.
Claim information
Please provide order number, model, quantity affected, serial or batch information where available, photos or video, failure description and conditions of use.
Assessment
We may request returned samples or additional evidence. Approved remedies may include replacement parts, replacement units or account credit as agreed.
Exclusions
Normal wear, misuse, unauthorized modification, incorrect installation, impact, incompatible charging, water exposure beyond the product’s documented rating and damage during buyer-arranged transport are not manufacturing defects.
