A defined OEM / ODM process for bike accessories.
We scope what changes, what stays standard and which documents apply before production begins.
1. Requirement review
Tell us the target market, sales channel, use case, expected quantity, compliance needs, desired features, branding and packaging format.
2. Base model and sample
We recommend a suitable existing platform or identify where an ODM project is required. Sample approval establishes the functional baseline.
3. Customization confirmation

4. Golden sample and production
The approved sample, artwork and bill of materials form the production reference. Any material change should be documented and re-approved.
5. Quality and shipment
Inspection scope, sampling level, carton marks, required reports and shipping documents are agreed before final inspection.
